What is Unbridled Leadership about?

Unbridled Leadership Coaching is a six month 1:1 coaching experience where you will learn to harness the power of your unbridled nature through somatic leadership coaching and equine assisted learning.

For centuries we’ve been put in boxes: social boxes, religious boxes, political boxes, cultural boxes, and even familial boes. These boxes were designed to constrain and restrain our wild, intuitive and trusting nature. That restraint may have been necessary for us to survive at one point, but it isn’t anymore… especially not as we find ourselves in leadership roles in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world.

The old ways of leading, communicating and collaborating may have gotten us here, but they will definitely not get us there.

Unbridled Leadership is focused on deeply unmasking the self, beyond what the readings, 360 evals and personality assessments allege about us. It’s an alchemization of intuitive and ancestral wisdom, deep ethical inquiry into values, vision and mission, and a partnership between the pure mirror that an equine is to us, and the absolute best that you have to offer the world, dear leader.

You do not need access to your own horse and you do not need to be with me and Jake in person (although we can certainly build a rustic NC retreat into your coaching package if you so desire). All you need is the desire to be the change, to lead differently from how you’ve been lead until now and an interest in or love for horses.

• Biweekly 60-90 minute coaching sessions to make sure you know exactly how to deconstruct, align, reconstruct and embody your personal energy blueprint

• Unlimited access between sessions via WhatsApp where we can check in daily, troubleshoot and talk through questions and issues that come up, cheer you on as you slay dragons and topple former strongholds of fear, doubt and unworthiness, and celebrate the heck out of each new level

Lifetime access to any signature course offerings that become available during our coaching program

$7,250 in full (get a 7th month of coaching free) or $1250 per month for 6 months, with the option to renew at the same rate.
