I’m Andi, and I know exactly where you are, because I spent a good chunk of my late twenties and early thirties there too.

I’ve always known I was destined for big things, and from the day I set foot in first grade until the day after my 34th birthday, I busted my butt to make things happen in my life. I worked hard to excel. And it worked, for a while. My first job out of college made it clear that if I wanted to change lives on a large scale, I was going to need to get a masters, so on top of a job, a long commute to New York City and a growing tutoring gig on the side, I added a Masters of Science program to sharpen my skills and learn more about how humans transform and learn.

My first experience with burnout happened shortly after I moved to Boston from my parents’ home in New Jersey, and the realities of a long commute by car, a new department to run, a Masters program ramping up to the final thesis and the stress and strain of making it on my own in a completely new city came to a head. I crashed hard. But I was young and gung ho on making a difference and as if by magic, shortly after my graduation from my MS program, I got offered a job at a Fortune 500 company in Boston putting my newly gained skills to use. I leaped at the chance.

Things were going great the first few years. I was a rising star, and I felt heard, seen and recognized for my contributions. Along with that rising star status came the increased workload, decreased recognition and less time than ever before to get to know my new city, visit my family a few states away or spend time with my friends. And dating? OMG not a chance.

People came to expect that level of output from me and I thought I had to make it happen no matter what. The second time I burned out was shortly after my Dad’s death… a few months before my 31st birthday. This time I landed in the hospital, with a scary new chronic illness diagnosis and the writing on the wall: if I was going to survive the pressures of my job and the process of grieving my beloved Dad, I was going to have to make some serious changes. And then strangely, I found myself looking at the ceiling of a hospital room again two years later… as if I did not make any of those promises to myself two years before… as if I never vowed to honor the boundaries and standards I implemented after my Dad’s death...as if I never took charge of my energy and my time so that I could create balance in my life. 

And that’s when I realized: when it comes to burnout, the place where the rubber meets the road is not just the decision to do better by yourself, the promises to find balance and create better boundaries… the place where the rubber meets the road with burnout is the ACTIONS you take and the actual implementation of new habits and structures in your life that makes the decisions and the promises REAL. 

And that’s how this program became the thing that saved my life, my job, my business and most of all my relationship with myself.

You’ll complete a detailed intake process taking a long, hard look at each of the four key areas of your life: health, work, relationships, connections. 


first 90 minute bootcamp session

We’ll have a 90 minute bootcamp session wherein we’ll dive deep into each key area and identify both the low hanging fruit fixes and longtail fixes to help get you on the road to thriving and put ‘em all together in a comprehensive wellness roadmap.


Follow Up Voxer Coaching

Starting the Monday after our Intensive we’ll engage in 30 days of Voxer coaching. Voxer is a voice messaging app that works like a walkie talkie. Basically, this is your chance to have me in your pocket as you implement your action steps, engage your new standards and start the process of healing your body and your mind. I’ll gently hold you accountable to your aligned goals, check in with you on your progress and exuberantly celebrate your successes with you! You’ll have the option of continuing Voxer coaching on a month by month basis after our coaching ends.

What is Human Design and how do you use it in the BurnOut to Bliss BOOTCAMP?

Great question! Human Design is a system that can help us understand a little bit more about who we are and how we function best in the world. It’s a synthesis of ancient and modern sciences, and is based on the Chinese I Ching, Judaic Kabbalah Tree of Life, Astrology, Buddhist chakra system and quantum physics. It’s not based on faith or any one belief system, but rather a logical, empirical system that allows you to experiment with its mechanics and find out what works for you. Basically, if you are a luxury vehicle, Human Design would be your owner’s manual. I use Human Design to help you explore the root causes of your stressors, by exploring where you are out of alignment with your design, noticing how you are taking in and responding to energy from the world around you, revealing the root stories that have been holding you back and illuminating the truth so you can align to your unique decision-making process. 

Is this a Human Design reading? No. It’s more of a glimpse into some key aspects of your unique Design to help guide you to alignment. 

What are your credentials?

I have 12 years of professional experience in executive and professional coaching at a Fortune 500 company, and I’m a certified life and health coach through Health Coach International. I’m also a 3/6 Researcher/Influencer Type by Human Design which means I’ve tried pretty much all the ways *not* to do this life thing so that I can show others, you included, how to thrive in this madness. I have an MS in Human Development and am very logical, structured and analytical in my thinking and life processes. I was literally made to do this ;) 

Do you offer any kind of guarantee?

I don’t. Here’s the thing though… when you invest with me, I show up for you with everything that I’ve got. Mind, body, heart and soul. I will help you derive answers and find solutions and create actionable steps you can start taking now so you can start living that dream life you so deeply desire now, not six months from now, not a year from now, NOW. 

That said, our work together is only as good as your commitment to doing the thing.
