On one hand you’re sure you can affect good change, the kind that helps people, heals the earth and ends generational curses. On the other, you’re bone tired, possibly lonely, likely disconnected and certainly uninspired. And you're indubitably not sure how you can keep juggling your life, your career, your leadership and your heart for what you believe in, without sacrificing some part of all of it. 


So we start at the source.

A little bit about you…

For too long we’ve been told we have to make sacrifices, stand strong in our beliefs, keep climbing the ladder and demanding a seat at the table without the necessary support or guidance on how to do all of it without coming apart at the seams.

When sacrifice and burnout are the mile markers on the path to “success”… have you stopped to consider that you might be heading the wrong way?

The truth is, somewhere along the way someone told us that we can be and do and have all of it… the career, the love, the family, the hobbies and passion projects, the financial growth and the impact that can bring.

And more often than not, we are told that the way we get there is to “act as if it’s already ours,” “make decisions from the place of your highest/future self,” “dress for the job you want not the job have,” “pay your dues now and reap your rewards later” and my personal least favorite “fake it until you make it.”

And the fact is that all of our examples of leadership probably learned leadership by some of these same tactics. So when we get into our leadership roles, all we have to go on is what little leadership training the workplace provides and the examples we’ve seen and experienced up to this point. That? That’s a recipe for resentment, burnout, and bleeding all over the people who didn’t cut you in the first place



NO LEADER SETS OUT TO BE A SHITTY LEADER.

I firmly believe that no leader sets out to perpetuate the same bullshit paradigms and inequities that have been perpetuated up until now.

But, when we are never taught to access the only true leadership guide we have, e.g. our body wisdom and innate leadership compass, we can’t help but perpetuate the systems that have left so many millions of our ancestors destitute and disenfranchised for centuries.

I created the Unbridled Leadership Experience as a way to help people like me

  • navigate life and leadership in a way that definitively ends burnout

  • says so long to breakdowns

  • maintains fiery passion for the reasons you got into leadership to begin with, and

  • imparts the practical skills and actionable knowledge to strengthen their innate talents and do the most good in the space where they lead.

In a nutshell, through a combination of Equine Assisted Learning, somatic leadership skills, ethical culture design all viewed through the framework of Human Deisgn, I help leaders use the physical cues of their bodies to make clear decisions, improve their communication skills and navigate their day to day existence as a leader AND whatever other hats they wear at home, in their communities and in the world, with a little more ease, a lot more flow, and a much, much deeper connection to self and existence. 




Horses and humans go way, way back.

And down the line we forgot why.
